The bottom layer was a Chocolate mouse cake and the top two layers were Diplomat (Vanilla Bavarian Mouse with Pineapple, Orange, and raisins). Great combination, great taste!

Ana and Elsa really liked CHOCOLATE so this was a chocolate cake.

The hardest part was finding the figurines since all stores were sold out on Frozen merchandise.

Ukrainian Cake

There was a Ukrainian festival at a nearby church this weekend so I remembered last year I made a cake decorated with Ukrainian symbols – red poppy flowers, wheat, cornflowers and the Ukrainian flag colors – yellow and blue.

I have to admit, the hardest part was the writing…

Absolut Palinca is the Romanian version for Absolut Vodka. This was a chocolate cake, no vodka involved but still delicious from what I’ve heard.

I love when I get to do cakes for some of my loyal customers every year, celebrate with them and watch them grow. A couple years ago Michael wanted a SpongeBob cake, now he debated between Frozen and Toy Story and decided for a Toy Story cake.
